Q: I have created a handprint but it doesn't show up yet. What
gives?
A: Don't worry. Your handprint is lave and can be accessed through
the dircet address or from your personal account, but for security reasons
it won't appear on the main page yet. Occasionally someone posts content
which they're not allowed to or tries to fill the site with ads for dubious
products, so we added a delay to the site. Your handprint will appear
as soon as we have checked it out.
Q: I can't delete my handprint - that seems
a bit mean
A: Nope. We thought long and hard about this one. What we do
every day has a lasting effect of the environment, and so should our handprints.
If you really really want to delete a handprint you can contact us with
your reason and we will consider it on a case by case basis.
