Clean your lint trap!

It sounds very American, but that's what they're called!
Apparently it's one of the biggest factors in how efficient your dryer runs. A dirty or full lint filter means your drier burns more energy to do the same job. Cleaning the filter every wash, and making sure the outside vent is unblocked every couple of months is common sense really. Especially if you live with two ladies..."
